  • Documents provide proof of the suppliers that you have used
  • Contracts often prove that you were not informed about the commissions
  • You can go back up to 20 years to claim against every supplier who did not disclose commissions, documents provide historic evidence
  • Documents can provide more overall evidence such as communication between you and the supplier, strengthening your case

What Should I Upload?

It’s most important that we have at least 1 Bill or Contract for each of your suppliers dated before October 2022, but additional documents will help make your case stronger.

The below documents help us make your claim as strong as possible:

  • Energy Contracts (As many as you can find)
  • Energy Bills (1 per year for each of your contracts)
  • Energy Contract Terms and Conditions
  • Energy Broker Letter of Authority (If you have one)
  • Energy Broker Correspondence
